False Fast Food Advertising

Scott HardieThanks to a friend, I came across Alphaila's comparison of fast food products vs. advertisements. A professional photographer took pictures of actual sandwiches at the most attractive angles in a well-lit studio, and couldn't begin to match the promised sandwiches. The whole text is worth reading, but the pictures tell a good story if you're in a hurry.

Erik BatesI'll read the article tomorrow morning at work, but the first glance through the pictures is pretty amazing.

Scott HardieTragic Comedy: 50% of discussions are now about fast food.

If there's a product right now that exceeds its advertising, it's the beefy crunch burrito at Taco Bell. For $1, that's a lot of food. Maybe not as big as it appears when taking up the entire storefront window, but pretty big.
