Victim's cell phone is stolen on subway. Thief takes photos of his own wife, family, dog, and home. Cell phone automatically uploads them to victim's Flickr account. Victim blogs about it. News media turns it into a big story. (link) To me that sounds like an interesting tale, but the sad part is that so many people online doubt that the tale is true. Has viral marketing made us so jaded that we can't believe this poor fellow? As somebody driven nuts to be called a liar when I tell the plain, simple truth, I feel for the guy. Losing your phone is bad but this adds insult to injury.

That is really sad but it is a growing phenomenon - people can't believe what they see - blame CGI and the internet, I guess.

Spirit

I've always felt like my life's dream was to quit my job and spend all my time online.
