Dr. John Sheppard was a primary player character, played by Justin Conner, an archeologist specializing in ancient folklore and the occult. After being exposed to the Red Death and La Lumière, he has been excitedly pursuing knowledge in the field. His body has undergone certain changes since his immersion in the Red Death, including added strength and heightened senses. He is becoming aware of his new abilities to read objects, sense magic and sense spirits.
